Fees*

ALL registration forms and first month’s fees MUST be paid BEFORE a student can take a class. NO EXCEPTIONS

Class Fees (price per month)

• 30-minute class - $38.00 45-minute class - $42.00
• 60-minute class - $46.00 75-minute class - $50.00

Intro Classes: (price per month): 2 classes: $60.00, 3 classes: $90.00, 4 classes: $110.00

Individual Student Maximums (price per month)
• Mini - $225.00
• Mini - $250.00
• Junior/Intermediate $285.00
• Inter-Senior/Senior/ Adv - $335.00

Family Maximums (price per month)
• 2 children - $450.00 or 3 children - $550.00

Payment
Cash, Interac, Visa or Mastercard ONLY, cheques will no longer be accepted.

Late Payment Chaarge
A 10% late payment fee will be charged on all accounts over 30 days. If payment has not been received within 60 days, a dancer can be removed from their classes. First months are due upon registration. Registrations will not be accepted without this payment. NO student can enter a class who is not registered. Monthly fees are non refundable.

Discounts
$2.00 off the 3rd class, $4.00 off the 4th class, $6.00 off the 5th class and all classes after that.

Costume Deposits
Each non-competitve class will require a $75.00 costume deposit due with your November payment. Recital costumes will range from approx $80-$120. Non-competitive Hip-Hop classes do not require a costume deposit. Each competitive costume will require a $100 deposit with your Nov fees. Final costume costs will vary depending upon the routine.

DISCLAIMER: students and parents understand and expressly assume all risks involved in connection with dance instruction, rehearsal and training at JCSOD, including but not limited to the risk of bodily injury occurring as a result of contact with other students, instructors, walls, equipment, floors, stairs, and other objects located in or near the dance studios, or the students physical condition or physical limitations. Student and families waives all claims arising out of dance instruction, rehearsal, training, and performances at JCSOD, whether caused by the negligence breach of contract or otherwise, and whether for bodily injury, property, damage or loss or otherwise, which student may never have against JCSOD, its successors and assigns, and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents and their heirs, executors and administrators.
